Feb 16: East Bay Gratitude Lunch for our friends/ supporters!
This is an open invitation from Avishai to all friends and supporters of Niños del Sol who live in the Bay Area.
Greetings Bay Area friends!
I will be visiting the East Bay, Feb 8 to 17, taking part in a Breema Intensive in the Breema Center in North Oakland.
Unfortunately, as my visit is short, I might not be able to meet all friends and supporters I would like to see, so I am inviting all of you for a festive Gratitude Lunch on Sunday Feb 16 in the East Bay, from 2:00 to 4:30 pm.
I will prepare some healthy, delicious (Peruvian/ Middle Eastern) foods, show our new videos, and invite friends who visited us in Peru to share their experience of meeting Ninos del Sol.
The youth in Peru are thriving, each one is doing their best to succeed in their life, and it is thanks to YOU that we are able to care for the 16 youth under our care.
This is also an opportunity to invite other friends who might want to join our international family of support, and become donors. Please invite your friends and family!
As this is our chance to thank you, our supporters, there is no cover price for the gathering, however, donations are welcomed at www.ninosdelsol.org.

Anyone wants to invite us to your home/ yard/ garden, or have a suggestion of where to gather?
A kitchen to work in would be great!
How many will show up? I shall know more closer to the date, when I get confirmations.
Anyone want to help me prepare the feast?
I plan to shop at the Berkeley Bowl at 9 am, then cook and prepare the feast from 10 am to 2 pm. We can co-create the festive meal, and teach each other what we know…
Would be great to have a team of about 5 cooks, first come, first welcomed…
